Requirements & Skills:
- Must be 16 years or older
- 1+ year barista experience preferred
- Open, flexible availability including early mornings, afternoons, and weekends
- Highly organized, quick-thinking, and comfortable multitasking
- Clear verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
